YES, I really did just say don’t look at your stats for 3 months. People can get so obsessed with their numbers that they forget to put their energy into the podcast episodes themselves. Your show will grow if it’s good and you keep doing it. So focus on that. It WILL grow, but sometimes it’s much slower than we want it to be.
